Look back at the goals you set at the beginning of the quarter.  
 - What Did You Achieve?
 Whether you hit your targets or made progress, acknowledge the effort you’ve put in.
- What Fell Short?
What kept you from meeting your goals? Was it lack of time, focus, or motivation? 

 2. Reflect on Your Actions
- What Worked Well? How can you build on these strengths? 
 - What Could Be Improved?
 -Were there moments of procrastination or distractions that pulled you off track? (If so, what steps can you take to minimize them?)
 
  3. Reflect on Your Emotions
- How Did You Feel Overall? Were you stressed, energized, or somewhere in between? 
 - What Brought You Joy? 
 - What Drained You? 

🥳CELEBRATE  Take a moment to look back at where you’ve been and recognize the progress you’ve made.
-List three things you’re proud of achieving this quarter. It could be an accomplishment at work, a new skill you’ve learned, or even prioritizing rest. Remember—big or small, progress is worth celebrating.
 

📝REFRAME   The next quarter is a blank slate, and you have the power to shape it intentionally.
 Reframe Your Mindset
- Let Go of Regrets:
 Release any lingering frustrations about what didn’t go according to plan. 
 - Adjust Expectations:
 What needs to shift in your approach for the next quarter? 
 - Focus on Possibilities:
What’s possible when you stay committed to your goals?
  Plan Actionable Steps:  A good plan starts with clear intentions
