Sarah talks about how a casual interaction turned into a 3.9 million dollar deal a year later because of her Instagram.  Tristan talks about how when someone is impressed with your Social because you show up as a real person that they can connect with, they will also explore your profile.  Sarah explains what happens when someone schedules a consultation with her through her LinkTree on Instagram. What is the value of asking questions before a consultation with potential clients? Sarah created a “Pick My Brain Consultation Request” for those who are simply looking to do that. She shares how often she gets those. How do you separate being helpful and also being cognizant of the value of your time and when you should be compensated? Tristan asks Sarah what her posting strategy is. Jeff asks about cadence. Sarah says, “People love  reality TV” and she takes that into account with how she makes Stories.  60% of Sarah’s business comes from her Instagram.  Instagram is really pushing Reels. Sarah talks about how it is currently driving her content planning. There are opportunities for content in the simple things you’re already doing if you think about it. Sarah mentions how when she does a lifestyle shoot to get new photos, how she has someone video what she is doing at the same time. How do you engage well most efficiently? Why are lifestyle photo shoots important? What about canva for covers? Sarah shares how her team uses them. If people don’t like you because of who you are and what you’re sharing on social media…great! Sarah and Jeff agree that it is better for you because it filters out what isn’t wanted anyway. Other people will project their insecurities on you. You have to be true to yourself and if you get push back, you’re winning! How do you find time for Social Media? Sarah is very disciplined with her morning routines and shares the importance that it is to her. What about people who reach out to you for areas that you don’t cover? What  about referral fees? Do the best that you can. Don’t kill yourself over what you can do with your time. Sarah is not afraid to say that she is just working on something and she is happy to resolve to the time that she has with what she has going on in her personal life too. If you want to promote a project, you need to study it like you are studying for an exam because you will get questions and you need quick, thorough answers to be credible. The creator profile has the best benefits. Sarah and Jeff go over why it is the best and helps hack algorithms. Raise the bar on your profile. Get a Link Tree or Beacons account. Make sure you have the area that you serve on your profile as a real estate agent!     Resources Mentioned: Business Video School: https://www.bizvideoschool.com/ Drunk on Social Website: www.drunkonsocial.com Drunk on Social Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/136264191062786/  Drunkon Social Instagram: https://www.facebook.com/groups/136264191062786/  Jeff Pfitzer Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jeffpfitzer/  Jeff Pfizer TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@jeffpfitzer?lang=en  Tristan Ahumada Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/labcoatagents  TristanAhumadaYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCJ6o6B5JPEBP57hu9VdzT4Q Lab Coat Agents Facebook Group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/labcoatagentsR Lab Coat Agents Twitter: https://twitter.com/LabCoatAgents Lab Coat Agents Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/labcoatagents/  Video Editing App https://www.capcut.com/   Content Creation Software https://www.canva.com/   Trending Video and Audio for Real Estate/Mortgage https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1teDH-QIBaSCQcxLCOyssNes0PqeIU7E46cBCue2nPiA/edit?usp=sharing   https://beacons.ai/ https://linktr.ee/   Follow Sarah Desamours: IG: https://www.instagram.com/sarahdesamours/ LinkTree: https://linktr.ee/sarahdesamours Consultation: https://www.sarahdesamours.com/consultation TT: https://www.tiktok.com/@sarahdesamours YT: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQ3hQ68gNOjlnDH-UgExEjw FB: https://www.facebook.com/sarahdesamours Twitter: https://twitter.com/SarahDesamours LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarahdesamours/
