Michelle Grewe is an education consultant with Connect the Dots. Michelle's professional journey began with 20 years in the classroom, where she worked with 5th and 6th graders at the Westview School Corporation in Shipshewana. She then transitioned into the role of Director of Curriculum and Assessment, discovering her passion for understanding how all the pieces of standards, instruction, legislation, and assessment fit together. Michelle continued her work as the Director of Professional Development with two of Indiana's nine Educational Service Centers before assuming her current role. Residing in Shipshewana with her husband Randy, Michelle works to keep in touch with her daughter Audrey, who resides in Los Angeles, and her son Sam, currently pursuing a medical degree at the University of Michigan.
