Connection Moment with Isabel Stenzel, Episode 16

Hospice bereavement counselor and social worker Isabel Stenzel shares her gratitude for her coworkers and colleagues in today’s Connection Moment. She reminds us to remember our gifts and the value we bring to the care of our patients.  Isabel has a personal story of critical illness and hospice care, so she has first hand experience of the special support end of life professionals provide.  Advising us to learn and adapt to the processes we need to feel safe in this difficult time, Isabel also urges us not to lose sight of the beauty around us.  Hospice professionals are in the tough job of caring for terminally patients because they know how full life can be.  That’s what they want to provide for patients and their families.
