Connection Moments Inaugural Episode

from The Heart of Hospice Podcast · host Helen Bauer & Jerry Fenter

To support end of life professionals in the U.S. and all over the world during the pandemic, we’re launching a new project - Connection Moments.  They’re uplifting messages designed to combat the anxiety and stress you might be feeling.   We’re going to be sharing messages to give you strength, to remind you of why you do this work.  Every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday you’re going to hear from industry icons like Barbara Karnes, Dr. Jessica Zitter, NHPCO’s Jennifer Kennedy, and Gabby Jimenez from The Hospice Heart. To help get the message out to hospice professionals, please share Connection Moments at your IDT meetings or stand-up calls.  Post them on your agency website or Facebook page, and be sure to tag your hospice colleagues.  We want you to know you’re not alone.  Just like you’re caring for your patients 24 hours a day, The Heart of Hospice is here to support you.  Visit theheartofhospice.com to find our blogs and information about the self care that’s so vital to the work you’re doing.  If you’ve got a story or a message for Jerry or Helen, send us an email at [email protected].  And remember...no matter who you are, or where you are in your hospice journey, You are The Heart of Hospice.
