Until one day you are exhausted and all you want is nothing. Just nothing. That’s why it is important to check in with yourself and have a conversation - do you still want to be doing this? What do you want too do? What Cani get you ? What would you like. ? why don’t you wan tot do this? Do you need a break.? Having an honest conversation about your fears. What happens if you are afraid will happen if you stop. Well doing anything out of fear is exhausting. You think you will not be good enough, fit enough, smart enough, competitive enough.
