Consumption envy & the pursuit of happiness

Do material items or experiences (such as vacations) spark envy within you? Professor Joowon Park from the University of Utah spoke to Kari about his recently published study that investigated which kind of purchase is more likely to elicit envy. Professor Park discovered that who we envy depends on what we focus on as observers. What about a new car? Chanel bag? Or a trip to Greece?
