Control

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

Our experience of life is what we create with our thoughts.  As I embrace the thinking that I am ONE with all that exists, I find myself embracing the thought that everyone and everything is part of me.  Because I have control over myself, I have control over my perception of everything and everyone. I'm finding myself moving fron thinking other people exist to thinking that everyone and everyting is a projection of my thinking.  Since I control my thinking, I control my perceptions.  If I want someone else's behavior to change, I just need to identify that behavior in me and change it within me.  Doing that is changing my perception of the projection I used to think of as being other people. Shifting identity from being a separate individual to being ONE with all that exists is something we're all destined to do.  The "stick" is lying to myself by telling myself that I'm separate which creates horrible suffering.  The "carrot" is by accepting that I am ONE with all that exists, I experience love, joy, peace, self confidence and all that is good.   I invite the part of me that I project as being you, to contact me for thought coaching if you're so inspired.  You can reach me at [email protected] My books are available on Amazon.  Links to the books appear on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
