Conundrum Over Conundrum Wine: Pre, During, or After Dinner

My food and wine expert Susan Anzalone straightens me out on how to approach the conundrum of Conundrum.  You can use it before dinner, during or after dinner.  It is sweet or is it fruity.  I love it with lobster or blue cheese. One of the reasons we love it is because it has Mer et Soleil one of the greatest Chardonnays of all time. That is full of butter and oak.  But Conundrum also has viognier and muscat canelli.
