Conversation Street Episode 493 Part 2

In this special edition of the podcast, recorded on location from our holiday home in Dorset, we chat (very quietly so not to wake Gemma's parents!) about the epic episodes of Coronation Street that were broadcast in the UK on the 22nd October. The bar had been set high and our disbelief had been well and truly suspended following Monday and Wednesday's episodes, and we settled down in front of the telly on Friday night, full of anticipation about what the climax of the week would bring. Yes, we may well have predicted some of the major story beats (namely, Natasha being shot in a case of mistaken identity and Johnny coming to a sticky end whilst trying to rescue Jenny), but we were still left incredibly satisfied by the episodes on the whole, and majorly impressed by everything that went into the scenes underground - scripting, stunts, sets and all.  We hope you enjoy listening to our discussion of the episodes!
