Conversation Street Episode #539

On our latest podcast, we chat about the episodes of Corrie shown in the UK between the 5th and the 12th September (Episodes #10735 - 10740). After last Friday's episodes were postponed because of everything going on in the news, we were in a bit of a quandary about whether to record at the weekend or not. Ultimately, though, we thought it'd be best to wait until the episode had aired as we knew that there was going to be a bit of a bombshell dropped about Spider - or should we say DC Nugent! - and we wanted to chat about it straight away! Once that's story's out the way, there's plenty of other good stuff to talk about. We were quite surprised by how well the scenes with James were done, to be honest, and are loving all the sneaking about Stephen's getting up to as well. And as for the shenanigans with Ken and co auditioning for the local am dram production, well that was a welcome bit of comic relief from all the heavy drama of the other stories!  No news or feedback this week - it is a school night after all! - but hopefully we'll be back to normal later on in the week when the schedules are all caught up with themselves.
