Conversation with Sabrina - Disassociation & Victim Identity

I'm very proud of Sabrina and I for this exploratory conversation. We talked about what is disassociation, what isn't, and where she and I fall on that scale. We then talked about being overly invested in our victim identity and how to shift out of that.
