Conversations Create the Future with Najee Simmons
from Conversations About Conversations
On this episode of Conversations About Conversations Ivan Farber and Najee Simmons discuss creating the future using the CLEAR conversation model from the book Conversations: How to Manage Your Business Relationships One Conversation at a Time. Simmons is host of The No Job Podcast. He is building a community of people who like to work but who don't like jobs. He says, "Everybody has to learn a living but nobody has to have a job. A job is where you go to trade time for money. Work is using your time and energy in alignment with your passion to build and contribute to something that is important to you—something you find meaningful. Getting a job has to do with surviving. Choosing your work has to do with thriving." 👀 WATCH the episode of the podcast on YouTube https://youtu.be/2hKhRdS-m78 📗 BUY Conversations.
