Step 2 - Keep it simple.  Adroll helps you with this by managing both networks in a single UI.  Step 3 - Free graphics.  That's right, Adroll will create all of your graphics for free.  Plus, they'll create new graphics every 90 days. Step 4 - Use the Adroll team to optimize your campaigns on a 90 day basis.  You'll receive an email from them asking if you'd like them to assist.  Just reply to the email and they'll pimp it out.
