These experiences inspired Cooper to delve deeper into the subject of mental health and develop strategies to manage his own anxiety. Cooper found solace in meditation and mindfulness practices, which he incorporated into his daily routine. He soon realized that these practices helped him perform better in both surfing competitions and public speaking engagements.
