Kyle Probert shares how others may seem like they’ve got their stuff together. And this makes you feel left out and question your self-worth. But you have no idea what’s going on underneath. The pandemic has turned into a great equalizer. “It’s really good to let everyone know that we are all human. We all face the same problems. Our food comes from the same place. We drive the same sort of car.”[00:15:49] Be wary of the divisiveness of opinion. Physical distancing doesn’t just happen in public places. It has also seeped into the collective beliefs. As people are glued to the internet 24/7, misinformation and differing ideas about health, politics, and inclusivity stir up our already-chaotic lives.[00:18:34] Kick unconscious bias. The conversation of discrimination continues to thicken in the workplace during the pandemic. Minorities are left out in the job market as employers push their biases in their recruitment.
