Suicide becomes a remedy when there exists no solution when one continued wrong decision after another yields no desirable outcome and the passing of one's own life appears to be a suitable remedy. When the pit becomes so deep and the path becomes so dark the outcry goes  to the only source of power capable of dispersing the darkness with bright light. This cry to the GOD of your understanding produces a moment of sanity revealing a path that if followed can and will save you from yourself.
