Today, I would like to challenge all of you to take a moment throughout the day to connect with at least five people that you haven't connected with in a while. Reach out and let them know that you were thinking of them, that you are here for them if they need anything and that you are available for them; even if it is just to cry, talk about their fears or talk about their happiness. It is times like these when we need to unite and be there for each other; not seclude ourselves and become introverts. We need to become extroverts and be able to support each other during these challenging times that probably most of us have and are experiencing.
