Corporate Bullying and Success on the Slopes

from The Kathryn Zox Show · host Kathryn Zox

Kathryn interviews humanitarian Andrew Faas, author of "The Bully's Trap: Bullying in the Workplace". Whistleblowers often pay a heavy price for exposing corporate corruption. Late in his career Faas exposed a corrupt executive who retaliated against him. Because of this bullying, Faas' health deteriorated and he developed post-traumatic stress disorder. "The Bully Trap" provides a comprehensive and provocative insight into the dynamics, impacts and costs of bullying in the workplace, providing advice to the targets, bystanders, bullies and families and friends of those who are targeted. Kathryn also interview Executive Director Kathryn Kemp Guylay, author of "Mountain Mantras: Wellness and Life Lessons from the Slopes". Using stories from Guylay's personal life, "Mountain Mantras" is an engaging, often hilarious backdrop for studying wellness and life lessons. Guylay's six mantras are lessons that she discovered through the humbling experience of finding success on the slopes.
