CORRUPTION IN ILLINOIS: Dolton, IL April 1, 2024 Board Meeting

Anyone who's paid attention to the mainstream media is aware of the Village of Dolton, Illinois and Village President Tiffany A. Henyard.Since getting elected in 2021, Henyard has also been Township Commissioner of Thornton Township since her appointment in 2022, in clear violation of the Illinois Election Code, as those two positions go against the guideline of "incompatible offices".In that time, her reign of terror of Dolton and Thornton Township has resulted in bills not getting paid due to her own documented selfishness. For example, trips to Las Vegas have been paid for by the taxpayers of both governments. There are also trips elsewhere across the country being paid for by the taxpayer, none of which are representative of the business of the people of Dolton. This includes a trip to Washington, D.C. for a photo op with President Joe Biden.Since February, Henyard and members of her inner circle within the Dolton village government have been under the radar of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A not-for-profit organization intended to help cancer patients has also been under ongoing scrutiny by Secretary of State Alexi Giannoulias.Meanwhile, the village's deficit continues to rise, the outstanding bills continue to increase, and Henyard is essentially outnumbered by those on the board who oppose her reign of tyranny.While all seats on the Dolton Village Board are up once again next spring, it's important to keep documentation of the ongoing corruption and the hostile environment being bred in the name of public service on behalf of Henyard and her cohorts.The village board meeting for Monday, April 1, 2024 reveals not only further abuse of power by Henyard herself but also that of the Dolton Police Department.When Henyard called for the cancellation of the remainder of the meeting, the village clerk, all but one trustee, and eventually, the village attorney walked out.
