HONEST WITH MYSELF – Why is it hard to be honest with yourself about your negative thoughts and actions? Shame, Discouragement, Self-hate, and having to change. HONEST WITH GOD – Why is it hard to be honest with God? Fear of judgment, being rejected by Him, feeling Shame, fear of not being able to change. HONEST WITH OTHERS – fear of rejection. How many of you think something like this, “If I told people the truth about the negative things I am thinking, feeling, and doing, they would reject me!”
