Courthouse Chaos: The Shocking Confrontation Between Sheriff and Judge

Last September, in Letcher County Kentucky, Sheriff Shawn “Mickey” Stines shot District Judge Kevin Mullins inside his own chambers at the county courthouse. Detectives initial investigation confirmed that Stines tried to call his daughter on Mullins’ phone and his own phone just before the shooting.
