Courthouse Steps Decision: Department of Homeland Security v. Thuraissigiam

On June 25, Justice Alito, writing for a five justice majority of the Supreme Court, issued the opinion in Department of Homeland Security v. Thuraissigiam, which is the Court's first Suspension Clause case in over a decade.
