OPA Strategy (Other People's Audiences): Use AI to find top 10 competitors → Study their comment sections for trends → Add what's missing to your offer THE 1/10TH PRICING RULE: Don't look at competitor pricing. Look at value created: Add $200K to their life? Charge $20K (10%) Reduce costs by $30K? Charge $3K (10%) If No Results Yet: Take 5 clients for FREE for 3-6 months while doing other work. Get real results, then charge confidently with conviction. HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE (YOUR WEIRDNESS = COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE): "Whatever makes you weird in social situations is your asset. Don't hide it—own it aggressively."
