Probably the most energetic man Iv ever met. Had a brilliant chat with the legend himself Eamonn Duff. Eamonn is also an online coach, who helps clients with much more than just training programs and nutrition. I would say he is more a life coach. He helps people find balance in the lifestyle with a no bullshit approach. It's very refreshing. He loves his cold dips and journaling and as he says himself he is not afraid to give things a craic.
