From walking into a Tae Kwon Do gym in NYC to learn how to protect himself, he ended up using this discipline to learn not only self defense skills, but he has learned other life skills to give him life long memories, such as world titles & winning the 1992 Gold Medal at the Olympics. He is a 6 time US National Team Captain, 3x Winner of the Pan American Championships, in the Tae Kwon Do Hall of Fame, Black Belt Magazine Hall of Fame, but also has earned an education from his humble beginning (Law Degree & Master degree in Sport Organization Management).
