Creating an epic experience

Oops. Got caught at officeworks! Let’s do this! Ep 560! One of the things I LOVE love LOVE about shopping in 'high end' stores is how I get treated - most of the time - to a great experience. From being offered a glass of champagne or sparkling water to being offered an exclusive sit down with canapes in the salon... or even being offered a 'proper' coffee to the hair salon.. I love it! It makes me feel a bit special. Now, of course, this can backfire if I've walked into somewhere and I don't get treated like this.. but then I have to check myself a little bit of a talking to around entitlement and being grateful for the unexpected rather than expecting things!!! Today, I got caught up in Officeworks shopping for labels and stationery and all the fun things that come along with shopping in the office store!!! Oops! I don't know the total came to over $100 when all I went in for was a pack of labels! Enjoy the replay and consider how you can create super cool experiences for YOUR clients x
