How To Create Content The Easiest Way Possible

Creating content does not need to feel hard. In this episode, I share the exact framework I use to make the process easier, faster and more effective. Whether you are recording a podcast, filming a video, or writing a blog, this method will help you get started and actually follow through. You will hear the story of how I stumbled across an old episode list from one of my past content series and how it completely reset my creative flow. I also take you behind the scenes of a frustrating filming day that went sideways and how I turned it around with a few simple shifts. If you want a clear and easy way to create content that connects with your audience, this episode will help you do just that. Listen to the full episode now. Want to learn more? The "I know this" curse - and what to do about it

Let’s be honest… most people don’t need more information. What they need is the guts to implement it. In this episode, I’m pulling apart one of the biggest roadblocks I see in high-level entrepreneurs and experts: the “I know this already” mindset. It shows up everywhere... from business trainings to personal development events to team meetings and strategy calls and it’s costing people growth, income, and impact. I talk about: * What actually happens when you think you know something, but still aren’t doing it * Why “I know this” is often code for fear, burnout, or lack of commitment * How to reset your mindset and show up to every opportunity with a powerful blank-slate energy * The truth about personalisation and why strategy only works when you tailor it to YOU * My personal lessons from roller derby, keynote speaker school, and Unleash the Power Within If you’ve been wondering why you’re not seeing the results you say you want, this is your gut-check moment. Because learning isn’t enough. Insight isn’t action. And you don’t get to claim “expert” status if you’re not walking the talk. Come into this one with a mindset of curiosity and let’s find the thing that will actually move the needle for you. www.nicolamoras.com.au

It’s Not Your Business What They Think of You

So many of us hold ourselves back, not because we don’t have the skills, the smarts, or the strategy, but because we’re afraid of what people might think. In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes to one of my most uncomfortable “visibility” moments...getting completely humiliated in a training room and battling the inner voice that told me I wasn’t stylish, bold, or “enough” to wear the damn boots I’d packed. Spoiler alert: I wore the boots anyway. Here’s what we’re talking about: * Why it's completely normal to link new concepts to familiar ideas—and how that actually supports learning and confidence * The wild stories we make up about how we’ll be judged (and how to rewrite them) * The real reason people hesitate to show up, speak up, and step out—and how to overcome it * A mantra that changed everything for me: “It’s not my business what anyone else thinks of me.” * How to move through fear, stay curious, and keep showing up—even when you feel like a human pretzel Whether you’re holding back on launching something bold, booking that photoshoot, applying for the role, or simply showing up more visibly in your brand, this episode is your permission slip to stop playing small. Because let’s be honest… you can’t be unforgettable if you’re trying to blend in. www.nicolamoras.com.au

What to Do When the Drive Disappears: Momentum, Motivation & Burnout

If you’ve ever found yourself lying on the couch thinking, “I should be doing more… but I just can’t,” this episode is for you. In today’s conversation, I’m unpacking what really happens when driven, successful humans hit a dip in motivation—and why it’s often a sign of deeper things like burnout, misalignment, or a shift in purpose. This is something I’ve seen again and again with my clients… and lived myself. I’m walking you through: * The real reason motivation disappears after early success * How to reignite momentum without relying on adrenaline or burnout * Why movement (literal and energetic) is the secret to motivation * The clarity-action loop: why waiting to feel “ready” is holding you back * The hidden link between burnout, boredom, and emotional exhaustion (especially for high-capacity people) Whether you’re in a season of scaling, shifting, or rebuilding your business, this episode will help you understand your patterns, reset your energy, and reconnect with the reason you started in the first place. Because this isn’t just about pushing harder, it’s about aligning smarter, acting with purpose, and building a business that energises you instead of draining you. www.nicolamoras.com.au

Crabs, Energy & Uplevelling: What Really Happens When You’re About to Rise

If you’ve ever made a big decision.. maybe started a new offer, launched a bold idea, pivoted your brand, or gone for that next level, and then suddenly noticed weird energy from the people around you… you are not imagining it. In this episode, I’m talking about what actually happens when you’re on the edge of an uplevel. From personal experience and years of coaching high-performing humans, here’s what I know: the moment your frequency rises, your world reacts. And sometimes, that reaction looks like resistance, sabotage, and people coming out of the woodwork trying to pull you back down. I unpack: * What’s really going on when the people around you start getting weird or unsupportive * Why building your internal armour is non-negotiable as you grow * The energetic truth behind visibility and why some people can’t handle your rise * The “crabs in a bucket” dynamic that shows up when you’re stepping into more influence, more income, or more impact How to hold your ground, protect your energy, and lead anyway This one’s for the experts, coaches, and creators doing visibility on purpose... not for fame, not just for cash, but because you’re here to help people, to create change, and to lead with integrity. Here's your reminder that when the crabs start clawing, you’re probably on the right track. www.nicolamoras.com.au

    Upper Limit Problems

Ever felt like the universe is messing with you right before you're about to do something epic? Yeah, me too. In this episode, I’m sharing some real and raw stories.. from escaping a violent past, rebuilding from Mean Girls backlash, being sued (yep, really), getting sick, breaking my wrist, to finding my way back to power... again and again. This episode is part storytime, part success psychology, and full truth bomb. We dive into Gay Hendricks’ The Big Leap, upper limit problems, and the sneaky ways we sabotage our own success. Whether you're chasing a promotion, a new client, a dream launch, or your next level of leadership, this is your invitation to get honest, get clear, and get moving. You’ll walk away knowing: How to spot your own upper limit problem (ULP) The sneaky difference between anxiety and self-sabotage Why breakdowns often show up before your biggest breakthroughs How to say: “I’m ready for this”... and mean it Let’s flip the script on fear and take that leap together. The 40K Gamble

In this episode, Nicola shares the behind-the-scenes of her first big event - Sales & Marketing Spy School - where she thought she’d completely lost the audience. Blank faces, self-doubt, and a $40K roll of the dice had her questioning everything. But what came next was a reminder every entreprneuer needs: Just because it FEELS off, doesn’t mean it is. You’ll learn why preparation matters, how to bounce back from the inner critic, and why the “boring” stuff you know could be groundbreaking for someone else. If you’ve ever walked off stage or out of a meeting wondering if you tanked, this episode is for you. The world is ready for your brand of awesome. Let’s go.

Your feet know what they're doing

Ever had a day where you were smashing through the to-do list, only to look up and realise you've completely skipped the one thing that keeps you grounded? Same. In this episode, I’m sharing a personal (and slightly chaotic) story about missing my morning walk, hyper-focusing on tasks, and realising I’d completely lost sight of the bigger picture. From roller derby lessons to writing my own eulogy (yep, really), this is your invitation to stop staring at your feet and lift your gaze to where you’re actually heading in life and business. Because your feet already know what to do. It’s your vision that needs a check-in. So... are you walking just to walk, or are you actually heading somewhere that matters? www.nicolaspeaks.com

    The Time For Serious Change

You know that moment when something hits you like a freight train and you realise for a FACT that "this can’t go on"? In this episode, I’m sharing a few of those moments. From avoiding an uncomfortable ask to calling out behaviour that crossed the line, and a brutal three-way mirror moment in a London changeroom that left me reeling (and ready to change everything). These weren’t just bumps in the road. They were wake-up calls. And they became the exact fuel I needed to make bold, powerful decisions that shifted my everything. If you’ve been waiting for a sign… this might be it. www.nicolamoras.com.au

    Memory Lane

In this reflective episode, Nicola takes you on a literal and metaphorical detour straight back to her childhood home, where her biggest audience was a paddock full of waving crops. What started as a simple drive turned into a powerful reminder of how our perceptions shape our reality, how childhood dreams plant the seeds of purpose, and why joy matters more than we sometimes realise. If you’ve ever looked at your life and thought, “Is this what I signed up for?” this one is for you. Listen now to explore: * How our memories and reality don’t always line up (and why that’s okay) * Why joy is a non-negotiable when it comes to doing meaningful work * How to reconnect with what you really wanted before the world told you to tone it down A full-circle moment that proves those fence-post performances were never wasted www.nicolamoras.com.au

    Self-Doubt & Reinvention What If I Can’t Do This

Have you ever looked back at an old photo or video and thought "Wow who even was that version of me?" I’ve been sitting with that a lot lately and wondering can I really pull off this next big reinvention? In today’s episode of the podcast I’m pulling back the curtain on what it feels like when self doubt hits hard. Even when you’ve got the runs on the board. Even when you know your stuff. If you’ve ever thought what if I can’t do this this one’s for you. Find me: www.nicolamoras.com.au www.facebook.com/nicolajmoras www.instagram/nicolamoras

The Things That Make You Different

We’re all trying to stand out. Maybe you want a promotion. Maybe you want more clients. Maybe you just want to be recognised for who you really are. But most of us end up following the same script as everyone else, then wonder why we get lost in the crowd. In this episode, I get brutally honest about how to break that cycle and actually get noticed. I talk about what it feels like to think you are nothing special. Maybe you come from a perceived vanilla background. Maybe you believe you do not have a big dramatic story. I share how every moment in your life, every skill you have, every quirk and random talent is exactly what makes you stand out. From performing as a kid, teaching in the cubby house, singing to crops, to always having something to say, it all counts. If you have ever struggled with imposter syndrome or felt invisible, I show you how to claim your strengths, own your story, and see the value in your lived experience. You do not need to shrink yourself. You do not have to play it safe. You are the sum of every lesson, every decision, and every ounce of energy you bring. That is your point of difference. Listen for a real permission slip to be yourself. Step up, own your space, and start doing what only you can do. Your people are out there and they are ready for you. www.nicolamoras.com.au

What do you do when shit hits the fan?

What do you actually do when sh*t hits the fan? In this episode, I’m getting brutally honest about those days (and sometimes weeks) when everything goes sideways, all at once. I walk you through a very real, very recent morning where my anxiety flared up, people problems piled on, and overwhelm threatened to knock me flat. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t pretty, but it was real. You’ll join me on my daily walk through the Adelaide parklands (yes, I really do name the tracks I walk on) as I unpack how I navigate the tangled mess of stress, brain fog, and that all-too-familiar urge to freeze when things go haywire. I share exactly how I’ve learned to get myself unstuck: focusing on the smallest possible wins, sticking to my non-negotiables like walking and planning, and practicing a radical kind of self-kindness. I don’t sugarcoat it. Some days, my best is just ticking a single thing off my list. Honestly? That’s okay. This episode is for anyone who’s ever felt like they’re drowning in chaos and can’t see the way out. I’ll show you the real tools and mindset shifts that help me reset, regroup, and keep moving forward, even when the energy and motivation just aren’t there. I’m also sharing my 90-day planner (the one thing that saves my sanity every single time) for free in the show notes. Listen in, grab your next best action, and let’s remember together: you don’t have to be perfect, you just have to keep going. www.nicolamoras.com.au Download the Free Planner here: https://learn.nicolamoras.com.au/plan-it-like-a-boss

Beyond The Reels- Why Stories Still Matter

In this episode, I’m bringing you behind the scenes of life lately—between house moves, beach walks, gym catch-ups, and long-overdue lunches with girlfriends. It’s been a full-on season of transition, but also one rich with connection and unexpected inspiration. A busted-up unicorn shell on the sand sparked a big reminder for me: storytelling matters. Real, raw, grounded storytelling—not the polished, 15-second content that floods our feeds. I’m diving into why I believe storytelling is still the most powerful tool we have for connection and impact. If you’ve been feeling stuck with your content or wondering how to show up in a more meaningful way, this is your nudge. Because transformation doesn’t come from more information—it comes from ignition. And that starts when we tell stories that actually mean something. Ready to shake things up? Hit play, get inspired, and let’s create your brand of unstoppable, rockstar success. The world’s ready for your brand of awesome. www.nicolamoras.com.au

Tantrums, Lashes & The Power of Speaking Up

In this episode, I take you from the lash lounge to the supermarket meltdown aisle—and straight into a truth bomb about self-expression. While lying back getting my lashes done (and silently praying not to leave looking like a spider), I was jolted back to a memory of my daughter’s epic public tantrum. It got me thinking: when did we learn to care so much about what other people think? And more importantly—when did we start shrinking ourselves just to fit in? Let’s get real: too many of us are holding back on sharing what we really think, what we really know, and what we actually want to say. This episode is a call to action to stop squashing your brilliance just to stay palatable. Whether it’s an opinion, a new idea, or that creative spark you've been hiding—say the damn thing. Because when you speak up, you give others permission to do the same… and that ripple? It changes everything.

The Truth About AI and Your Relevance

In this episode, I’m tackling the question that’s got everyone clutching their ergonomic desk chairs: is AI going to make us redundant? Spoiler alert—only if you let it. I get into the guts of what’s really going on with AI across industries and why this moment is your cue to stop blending in and start standing out. Forget panic. This is about power, potential, and plugging into what makes you unforgettable. I dish up some real talk on how AI can either be your excuse… or your amplifier. I’m calling BS on playing it safe and breaking down how to stay wildly relevant by owning your edge, showing up with swagger, and getting seriously skilled. If you’re ready to ditch the doom and channel your inner badass, this one’s for you.

    The April 2025 update

If you’ve been wondering who you are without your business, title, or busyness—this episode will hit home. In this first episode of 2025, I’m giving you the raw, real, and reflective update straight from the heart. After a couple of tumultuous years filled with physical healing, injury setbacks, and identity shake-ups, I’m sharing the truth about what it’s like to wonder if you’ll ever make it back to work—and what happens when you stop being defined by your job title. Spoiler: it’s confronting, but wildly freeing. This chat is part pep talk, part soul search, and part kick-in-the-pants reminder that sometimes the breakdown has to come before the breakthrough. I talk about finding joy again, letting go of ego, and building something bold from the ashes—including finally making space for the speaking biz I've always wanted to unleash.

    What Makes You Different?

A recurring theme of late is that people are tired of seeing carbon copy after carbon copy of sameness 'out there' when it comes to their industry and the people who are out there marketing themselves and their services. I mean, aren't we all sick and tired of seeing the same boring-ass 'famous people' quotes on pastel backgrounds with thing cursive fonts? Yep. Same. I was chatting with a kickass business woman yesterday about this exact thing. Whilst there may be (maybe at a stretch) a place in the newsfeed for that kind of thing, it gets scrolled past pretty quickly. There's a 2 second - at best - spark of attention and bam, you're gone from their eyeballs and their minds. What does this mean for YOU? Well, it means that we have less time now than ever before to capture attention and to make an impact on someone. It means that you need to be really really clear about what makes you different. It means you have to be innovative and come up with new ways of saying things that your audience needs to hear. It means you're actually going to HAVE TO find a way to articulate your own zone of genius, your own intellectual property (IP) and you're going to have to be more brave than ever before! For me: I do not want to be lumped ok the same bucket as everyone else in this industry. I want to be seen as different. As someone who has experience and tenacity. Catch up on the replay of The Coffee Run (Ep630) today for a bit more of a discussion about that and be sure to let me know your thoughts and what you're working on and even how you're dealing with this. The more we talk about it, the more we are able to help more people. Have a great day and a great week. Chat soon, Nicola 💋⚡️ Remember: It's time. Right now. To get out there.

Scale Up? Scale down? Stay put? The Coffee Run E629

I have been talking with a lot of kickass successful women (and some amazing gents) over the past 6 months about how things are 'out there' at the moment. I know a lot of people have found themselves in a situation where they are wanting more... but they're not necessarily sure what that is. Some are looking at other business owners and admiring their teams, their growth and the size of their businesses... and can sometimes find themselves feeling inferior and somewhat less-than because they don't have a 10million dollar a year business, a million dollar a year business... or perhaps even half a mill.... Others have that.. and have found that this is no longer what they want. Catch up on the replay of The Coffee Run LIVE (ep 629) where I talk about the dollar value that I think this kicks in at. I can't wait to share with you some of the GOLD that arose out of the HOTSEAT last week on the Gold Coast, as well. Two days in the room with badasses has reignited me in a way that I didn't expect... and I'm super excited, affirmed and beyond THRILLED to share more with you over the coming months. Have a great day and a great week.

    Tapping Into The Creative Process

The Coffee Run Ep625 Happy Tuesday (or almost Tuesday if you're in the Northern Hemisphere!).... you know what that means! You got it, it's Coffee Run day ;) Woot! I've been looking forward to sharing this one with you... Back story: I have been back walking fast in the mornings generally on my own...Dom's normally in the gym at home and I'm off while he works out. I do love morning walks with him... but I must say I also love them on my own because it means I listen to a book while I'm walking. Since February I've re-listened to Tim Grovers' "Relentless" and his latest "Winning".... I first read him in approximately 2016 and was blown away by how I felt 'seen' and 'understood' with the way that I approach most things in my life, actually... The latest read (listen) has been Atlas of the Heart by Brené Brown... and I shared on today's Coffee Run my insights from listening so far... and how it's really helped me to articulate the state I prefer to be in when I'm wanting to tap into creative-idea-mode...... http://www.NicolaMoras.com.au

    Collaborative Course Creation

A literal coffee run this morning - a quick one Creating a course?? Here’s a couple of hot tips xx There’s a ton of questions I’ve had over the years from people about HOW to create online courses. They may have already had a ton of success in the land of working 1:1 with people and now they’re wanting to leverage what they’re doing and what they know…. Or they be just starting out. Either way, I’ve been running coaching programs and courses now for 12+ years (I know!) and there’s a few ways that I’ve tested that work: 1) Pre-create your course and then sell it – evergreen or live with Q&A’s mixed in, etc. 2) Sell it then create it LIVE and then retire it 3) Sell it then create it LIVE and then sell it cheaper as an evergreen/self paced program These have been probably the three main things I’ve tested over the years. When I was first starting out I liked the idea of pre-creating it. That provided me with a sense of certainty and that I knew what I was selling! It was legit… almost like having the physical product in my hand. However, the first one that I did like this, I only pre-created the first two modules. Then, I waited for people to have signed up before creating more. I was always at least one week in advance of where my clients were. It worked well for me. It also meant I didn’t spend months pre-creating something when I wasn’t even sure that it would sell!!! I’ve run other programs where I have run them in ‘rounds’, whereby I’d create the program / deliver the program live and then it would get ‘archived’ so to speak. These were high end programs that I was delivering and I didn’t really want to be releasing what I was teaching to anyone else once that ‘round’ of the program was done. I wanted to deliver them LIVE every time. I also found results were better and people actually went and consumed the training when it was delivered live versus sitting there always available. Thirdly, I still do this with some of my programs today – for my lower end programs. I deliver them live, then they get put into my membership portal and I can if I choose to, release them as self-paced study programs. The best advice I can give you, from experience personally and seeing that of clients, is to start where you want to start… but I wouldn’t go creating everything in advance before selling it. For the full low down on it, jump in the replay of a short (for me!) coffee run from today. Have a great day and I’ll see you soon, Nicola x

It’s SO obvious - probably to everyone else!

Simplify. Simplify. Simplify!!! This morning I was struck with a lightning bolt to the brain about how we ( including myself) tend to overcomplicate things. We know, as experts, that there are many steps to what we need to do in order to achieve an outcome and a transformation for our clients, right? But… if we go ‘out to market’ with a zillion steps, trying to share everything with them, it can get very overwhelming for our audiences’. I picked up a book this morning that I haven’t read yet, and had a quick flick through it… the things I saw in there was SO obvious… and also very much simplified. I was in a bit of shock, actually. Super, super simplified. This was the catalyst for me, today, to remind YOU (and me) to make things as simple as we can for people….. and I set out a challenge to you. The challenge is to follow these four steps for the next 2 weeks: 1 - Simplify and chose one area 2 - map out perhaps 6 things that you can talk about only on that one area 3 - Story - think about what ones to tell 4 - What would you do if this was your whole focus for the next 2 weeks? Now, go do that! Remember to keep me in the loop with how you go with it Nic x PS. I have a couple of FREE resources to help you with this: - Free Book: Into The Spotlight : Step up your online visibility, become a rockstar in your industry and make your business thrive! Finding a way……

What do YOU do to recharge? I have to admit something to you today. I have been feeling creatively challenged. Lacking inspiration. Feeling, well, kind of flat. Funky. Not really super happy…. - covid - national tour made virtual - not sure about skating So I allowed myself a pity party. And this is how MY pity part went: - renovated - drafted a new course!! - BUT I still followed routines - Studied - Gave myself permission to ride this wave of whatever it is. The thing is, you can always find your way back…. but most often it’s when you stop putting on so much pressure to keep pressing forward, forward, forward. Sometimes you need to just tread water and remember that treading water doesn’t mean going backwards. It just means you’re taking a rest for a moment! VISIBLE LIVE was amazing! It reminded me of how much I freaking LOVE it! It reminded me how important it is for people to SEE and witness their own brilliance… but that often doesn’t happen until it’s down there in black and white!!!! So here’s the thing you need to do in order to get YOU out there – to feel like you’re ‘on message’. To feel like you CAN do this. To feel confident and certain in what you’re producing: - Get clear - Know WHO you want to help - remember they’re multi faceted - immerse yourself in getting to know that person intimately - then start working out what you can do to help that person - then put your stuff out there!!!

Want to create a new program? Here's the LIVE you need!

🎉 New Program Creation tips 🎉 The Coffee Run 601 here we go! I thought today I would share with you how I create new programs, new content, book ideas, workshops…everything, really! I’e been doing things this way for Y E A R S now. The first HOLY WOW moment, though, was in 2014 on the way to run an even on the Gold Coast. Follow these 7 steps to create YOUR own program: - Get the idea down in as many dot points as possible - How will this help people get what they want? - what problems will this solve? - What will you talk about? - Then.. how long do you want to run it for? - What do you want to call it? - How will you price it? You can literally go from IDEA TO LAUNCH in 2 days. Less than, if you’re quick at tech! Most people might need a week to get all the collateral together…. but yes, you can do it! Yes, we’re early today! TCR 600 💥 Wahoo!!! We made it ;) Content content content If your kids or clients google you, what would come up? What would your content say about you? What would the articles you’ve written say about you? What would you be talking about … if you committed to 50 LIVESTREAMS??? Would you wing it or would you plan? Here’s how I started…. I started doing a DITLO at the end of the day. I didn’t like it!! hahah! I found it hard to be ‘on’ at 4pm, so I decided to have a coffee break each day and share that with YOU… which is how this became “The Coffee Run LIVE”. The thing with your content, is that you want (and need) your content to not only be relevant once, but twice: 1. in the moment content 2. after the moment content Your content, your posts, your videos form the vault of your LEGACY content. The thing that will still be here if you are no longer doing this thing ‘live’… I talked a lot more about this in today’s episode and I threw out a challenge for YOU …. to start. Just start. Look at the next 30 days and I wonder what would happen if you did a video each day for a whole month. And then I wonder what would happen if you committed to your audience that you’d be doing that? And then I wonder what would happen if you committed to it for the next 90 days???? Catch up on the full run down on the replay of today’s landmark episode! Want more help with this? VISIBLE | LIVE is happening on the 17 & 18th of June and you will LOVE IT!!! www.join.nicolamoras.com.au/visible-live

What it REALLY takes to be VISIBLE… and to step Into The Spotlight!

Happy Monday! TCR 599 So on Friday I did a WHOLE The Coffee Run LIVE but FB decided it didn't like me and my whole LIVE went into the Vortex of Odd Socks and tupperware lids without bases ;). So annoying, right? Today we kicked off with gusto and ensured that the connection was right before launching into the whole LIVESTREAM for the day. Here's what we chatted about: What it REALLY takes to be VISIBLE… and to step Into The Spotlight! I felt like this was super important to talk about today, because not everyone actually wants to be VISIBLE. Not everyone wants to be in the spotlight. They would rather be behind the scenes, doing the do and helping people. BUT... At the same time, these people (perhaps like yourself) really want to create a lot of impact. They want to help more people than they are right now and they know - although many wish it weren't so - that they have to be 'out there' in order to make this happen. It's true. You do need to be 'out there'. You do have to be visible... Otherwise your audience doesn't even know that you exist. So here's 3 things you can do: Commit to 30 days of relentlessly being committed to what you say you want double your activity lifestyle content, photos of yourself, See how you feel about it all at the end of that 30 days What’s next? Some ‘rules’: Well there are no rules! But if you want some: #1 - be consistent #2 - be ‘on message’ #3 - know how it relates to your audience. Make sure you jump on the replay of The Coffee Run on our fave platform below for the full explanation of what was talked through. And of course, if you want more info, more help... then VISIBLE | LIVE is happening on the 17 & 18th of June and you will LOVE IT!!! Virtually, because #LockdownLife. https://join.nicolamoras.com.au/visible-live Remember, The World Is Ready For Your Brand of Awesome, Nic

Let’s talk money, honey! - The Coffee Run Ep598

Most people who are in business want to make money and generally speaking, in their heart of hearts, they want to make lots of money. Some will language that as 'enough money' ... but if we get down to what they really really want.... it's about having enough money to create IMPACT in the world. For instance, they want money to be able to leave a legacy for their children. They want money to donate to charities and causes that are important to them. They want money to be able to create freedom and choice. They want it so they can be generous without restraint..... People generally don't want money so they can see it sitting in their account growing and growing for the sake of it... it's about how it makes them feel, what they can do with it, etc. We've got to find a way to work out HOW to make that kind of stuff happen. Task 1: Work out how much our break even $$ is. Task 2: Part 1: What does your ideal day look like and cost - in both your Personal Financial House and your Business Financial Houses? Part 2: How much do you need to make in order to live your ideal life where you can do the above. Task 3: Get out of your own way and get rid of your money blocks!!!! If you can find 83 people in the whole world to invest $6K/year with you, you're sitting on half a million dollars. That's a LOT of impact you've able to then have in the world! So make it happen my friends! I chatted as well about ⚡️ CIRCLE OF REBELS ⚡️ and the fabulous that has been unleashed with that throughout June, so we hit the New Financial Year with a BANG!!! People want to feel HEARD.

Well. Yesterday I was on the phone with an insurance company about a claim we’ve made under our travel insurance. Far. Out. The thing with everyone is that they want to feel heard and understood. They may not like the advice (such as we can’t help you, suck it up and do it anyway and even trust the process). One of the best things I learned at The Bank was a complaint resolution process. I’m going to share a quick bit about this with you today, so enjoy the replay and implement this in any way possible in your sales conversations, your marketing, your calls, your complaints and anywhere else that people find you and interact with you.

Consistency wins - every day in every way!

TCR 596 - Consistency wins - in more ways than just one! This morning on The Coffee Run we did a quick tech tip for you on landing pages and ads/posts… and what you should be expecting your conversion rates to be. There are a number of reasons why your conversions may not be happening in the way that you anticipate, so we went through some of those today. - The other KEY thing to be aware of is how humans sort through information that is thrown to them on a daily basis - most of it on an unconscious level. Enjoy the replay of today’s The Coffee Run for the full low down! BE CONSISTENT!! Nic TCR 596 - Being consistent.....

    Followers - quantity vs quality

We have all seen the accounts with HUGE numbers. And.. we’ve seen some with not so huge numbers. Is there a benefit? I’ve been running a program called Contentology over the past month (daily content prompts) and the results most people see when they post something non-business related daily is insane! The engagement that they have on their pages is nuts. Their income increases. They all benefit. And they don’t have huge numbers. So how do you go about doing this and maximising what you’ve got? Post your content with a 70/30 content split: Business : Personal content. And make sure people know how to buy from you!!!! 20% of your posts/content should be selling!!! Enjoy the replay and if you have any questions let me know!

  39. 431

    YOU are a badass!!!

The Coffee Run Ep594 - YOU are a badass!!! This morning we were talking all about HOW to step into the most confident version of YOU. The thing that many forget (or just don't realise) is that confidence takes time to build. It takes practice and starting from a place where you may feel like you SUCK. I find this hard. I admitted to you today that I really like to be GOOD at something - everything, actually - and that also, however, know that this is ridiculous! One cannot be good at everything the first time one does it, right? Practice is under rated. Persistence is under rated. Passion is under rated. You need to find a way to keep doing the things that you know you need to do in order to get better. I gave two pieces of 'homework' or advice to those you on TCR today. Catch the replay to find out what it was - and then let me know how you go with it! YOU ROCK x Nic PS. Want to FINALLY get your content planned, mapped out and ready to roll for the new financial year? VISIBLE | LIVE is happening next month in a city near you. What you’re saying when you’re not using words!

This morning on The Coffee Run E 593 we talked about ALL of the things! Well, some of the things that are going to be even more important over the coming year or two when the online marketing of business on social media swells and continues that way. The thing is this: People don't just vibe with you because of what you say - literal words out of your mouth or the written ones..... Kids - watch and learn not just by what you say but also by your actions. Are you valuing yourself and your individuality in your home life? Work out? Hobby? Add the things you share with them and tell them We’ve been talking about consent and sex and how to treat people and how to expect to be treated. Then we have an obligation to model that So. With what you put out online it’s the same, right? You say things and that’s great. But are you also showing by your actions that you’re walking your talk?? This is the very definition of integrity & values. The challenge I threw out today to you is this: Be more strategically personal! Enjoy the replay, of course 🙂 And I hope to see YOU at VISIBLE | LIVE in June 🙂 https://join.nicolamoras.com.au/visible-live Mwah

Copywriting hacks. Posts. Ads. Landing pages. All of zem.

Welcome to TCR592 ok. We all know that in order to have a business we need to make money. And in order to make money we need to have clients. And in order to get clients, they need to know who we are and that we exist. And in order for that to happen, we need to be VISIBLE. And in order to be visible we need to put ourselves out there. And in order to put ourselves out there we need to …….. Well! The first ‘key’ to putting yourself out there is to decide what it is that you want to talk about and what you’re actually going to put ‘out there’, right? Yes. ( I see you nodding there!). There are a couple of great things that you can do (almost right now) that work in tandem with each other: Regular content to educate, help and entertain your audience and secondly, putting out a lead magnet that you have put together to help them in a bit more detail on a specific problem. You need to know your niche! Not in a ’40 years and struggling with the juggle’ type of niche. What do they say? What is their self talk? What are their emotions? What are their thoughts? What actions are they taking / not taking / avoiding? Then. You need to know what they WANT. How do they want to feel? What do they want to do? What will this do for them? How will this change them? Then: You need to let them know what you’ve got for them and how it will help. Then, tell them how to access what you’ve put together. REMEMBER. There are two ways to use this copy. The first is on the ad or the post that you’re going to put out there. Secondly, you’ll have some copy (not much) on the landing page where they will enter their info to download. Simple! Hope it helps. If you’re not having fun (or success) with your lead magnets let me know. I thought I’d throw together a mini-audit for you. $197 and a list of recommendations for you to implement within 48hours. BAZINGA! Nic x BTW. VISIBLE LIVE. Happening in about 4 weeks! The 3 main types of entrepreneurs

And good morning, friends! YES we are LIVE on the airwaves this morning! #Phew! Here we are for The Coffee Run LIVE 591. Woot! We chatted this morning about the 3 main types of entrepreneurs: - Coasters - Doers - but we named them the Get Sh*t Done-ers - All-In-Ers The common issue that all of these types of entrepreneurs face is: * Procrastinating. * Overthinking. * Juggling all of the things! From working with business owners and entrepreneurs for the last 11+ years, there are four steps that people need to work through in order to feel like they’re winning EVERY day! Not just once per week or once per month - or god forbid once per year!!!!!! 1. Brain dump 2. Big picture 3. Chunk down 4. Implement Catch up on the replay for the full detail on how to implement these steps in your life. (As an added bonus, you got the pleasure of a house walkthrough of my house this morning as the electrician rolled up while we were live!!!!! Hhahaa! It's always the way, isn't it?!!?) Have a kickass day and I hope to see you at VISIBLE | LIVE in June!!!!! Love ya! https://join.nicolamoras.com.au/visible-live

HAPPPPPYYYYY FRIDAY!! What are you celebrating as we roll on into the end of the week? And, come and join me LIVE for The Coffee Run Ep 590 - do free things even still work? Um. Yes. I’ve been giving away and running free trainings since 2010. From Discovery Sessions, strategy sessions (legit ones), webinars, PDF’s, guides, checklists, books, The Coffee Run, step by step things. We talked about why would you give them something for free? (Hint: it helps to create RESULTS in Advance!). I’ll let you know the BEST ones that I’ve done over the years and why.. But first here are a few steps to work through so you know what to create! 1. What is the simplest, easiest thing for you to do create? (eg. document, audio, webinar). What’s easy for YOU? 2. What is your audience asking for help with? 3. What else? 4. Give away the farm! 5. Let them know what they can get from you next The best performing ones over the years: - Webinars - my content map - The rich bitch guide to having it all - The Planner - The visibility Challenge! Branding? Personal branding? Passions? Professionalism? Is it all that?

Nicola, why do you always tie everything into the rockstar thing? Let me answer this for you! Let’s roll! TCR 589 Branding? Personal branding? Passions? Professionalism? Is it all that … or is it just some stupid gimmick? One of the things that I get asked a lot is how do I (being you) theme my stuff? Do I need to? People see that I do The Coffee Run all of the time and I’ll share why I called it that. People see that I do the “Right Between The Eyes” series (we’re nearly at 1000!!! WTAF?!?!?!?!) People see that my website is very clearly themed like you’re walking into a rock concert, with the drama and the smoke and the stage and the merch and the backstage passes….. BUT WHY?? It’s a great question. And the thing is that there is not one single answer, but moreso a fun, intricate and deliberate answer. The thing that is super important with your BRANDING (being how you show up, how you look, what stories you share and how you tell them) all ties in with your personal brand. I know it’s very 2010 to talk about it, but it’s an essential part of standing out from the crowd. You don’t have to do it all Rockstary like I do (please for the love of all things holy, don’t do that!). In fact, what’s essential, is that you find something within you that you LOVE that you can build your theme around. 1. What do you love? 1. I love adrenalin. I wished I was a pop singer when I was growing up (do I need to mention that i still wish this was true!?!??) 2. What are your hobbies? 3. What did you dream of as a child? 4. What do you do now? 5. What do your audience really want? 6. How do they want to feel? All fo these things combined help to give you an idea on how you can start to really build a personal brand. For me, I want to create an EPIC experience for you when you land on my stuff. I want you to feel my message like the deep bass and the pump of the beat through the speakers at a night club. You know the speakers that are 6 foot high and when you stand in front of them your whole body reverberates and the tiny hairs on your arms stand on end…and you kind of feel it right down deep in your core? That’s what I want to create for you. An experience. An uplevelled experience. Because if I can build a super successful business, pretending I’m a total badass rockstar on stage delivering to you and doing my thing, from a TINY country town in the middle of nowhere…. then you can do anything you damn well want!!!!! Catch up on the replay of TCR from today! I think you’ll love it. ANNNNND. I also mentioned VISIBLE | LIVE. We’ve had people snap up tickets already, so lock it in my friend. (Let’s not lock it down. What the heck is a Web of Awesome™️?

What the heck is a Web of Awesome™️? Only the BEST thing on the planet if you want to create content easily, simply and in the clearest way possible!!! This is something I created a few years ago to help me with my own content. 1. Start with your four steps that you take people through 2. break these down into smaller steps I like to colour code things, because it makes it easy on my eyes! It makes it easy for me to think about what you might need to hear, then look at my WOA and pull out one idea off there to talk about. The BIG thing is that I haven’t just sat there and made these things up. These are literally phrases, questions, issues, problems, goals and dreams that you (my audience and my clients) have told me over the years. The thing that this helps you to do is: * cultivate a ton of ideas * create content easily * articulate your message simply. Now, I challenge you to do this for yourself! But if you want some help building out your very own Web of Awesome, here’s how to do that: We’re going to spend 2 days pulling YOUR genius out of your head. Putting it into a structure and a plan that you will use for the next 12-18months. Perhaps longer. You’ll feel confident. Have clarity. You’ll be EXCITED to share your content out there with the world. Jump in the room here: https://join.nicolamoras.com.au/visible-live

No planning = planning to fail. ⚡️in my experience, anyway

I have reverted back this week to my beloved planner. Man I love this thing!!! I have a billion things to do every day. I have things to learn every day. And I want to make sure that I am ticking all the boxes and not leaving things 'to chance'. I do love me some structure! This is the kind of thing that most business owners, practice owners and entrepreneurs tell me they need more of. Because it helps them to get clarity and they know now what it is that they need to do next. I was talking to a lady yesterday, who has been in business for 6+ years.. and one of the things that she wanted from our call was “Clarity” and a way to create “Impactful content”. Who am I to say no to that!?!?!?!? Um. BRING IT ON, baby! This is what I do BEST!!! The thing that I find super easy is pulling ideas out of people’s heads. Coming up with kickass marketing messages. Helping you to see the things that are right in front of you.. but invisible to you. - who do you serve? - what are their goals? - what do they want? How do they want to feel? - What stops them from this? We talked yesterday about the four steps that you can come up with in order to help people. What is the overall message that you need to share with your people? What is YOUR message? What is the THING you do for your audience? Your clients? Your people? Share more of that, please! NEXT: You need to get all of this into a structure and a plan! Remember I said that this is something I use every day? Well. I haven’t been using it, and let me tell you, I feel like I'm on FIRE this week. Super productive. Super on fire. Filled with purpose. In part, because I have the structure! --> The other thing that this plan does for you, is it keeps you ahead of the competition! We talked about the Zombie Wall today and how to make that fly up screen be THE THING that protects you from the naysayers, the copycatters, the mean girls and anyone basically who is not fully supporting you and your mission. Enjoy the replay! By the way.... If you want some help building out your marketing plan, then you cannot pass up on the opportunity to GET IN THE ROOM WITH ME!!!!! I’m going on tour in June to a city near you! We’re going to spend 2 days pulling YOUR genius out of your head. Putting it into a structure and a plan that you will use for the next 12-18months. On Message....errry day!!!

Hello Monday!! Welcome to The Coffee Run Ep586! I have been talking a lot about content recently, as you know, and the beauty of sharing yourself and your thoughts. The second part to creating badass content is creating BUSINESS content that makes sense, that stays on message and on point. Some of the things that are crucial that you HAVE to have clear in your OWN head, is the process that you take your audience through. I remember in 2012 when I first came across this ‘concept’. I didn’t really get it. I was asked what my 5 step process is. I was asked what my ‘7 step process’ is. This threw me. I had no idea how to articulate that!!!! 1. What are the logical steps - the simplest steps? 2. Ask yourself what is the first thing - big picture - that people need to work on in order to get a result? 3. What is the next thing? 4. And what is the next thing? The biggest mistake that most people make in ALL professions is that they know so freaking much and they try to give their audience EVERYTHING all in one big hit. Your biggest ‘fault’ is your generosity!!!! Today I am beyond excited to let you know that VISIBLE | LIVE is open and ready for your bookings! WOOT! We have a whole ton of FUN set for you for each of the two days per city. SO EXCITED! You can find out more here: https://join.nicolamoras.com.au/visible-live

How much should you share? - The Coffee Run Ep585

Hello Friday! Phew! Feels like it’s been a long week - are you with me? How much should you share when you’re having conversations with people? Yes, you should share your experiences when you’re talking. It doesn’t mean it’s the ‘you’ show… it doesn’t mean that you’re trying to make the convo about YOU.. you’re demonstrating that you can empathise where your people are at. I read something interesting from Brene Brown the other day and it went something like this “what you’re going through right now will help someone else work through it in the future”…. not an exact quote and I couldn’t re-find the quote on her page, so I’m wracking my brain trying to remember the wording. Therefore, we are just going to have to trust me that i saw this quote and that I seem to remember vividly that it was one of hers. I’ve been thinking about it this morning. Why? Because so many people wonder WHY they go through what they go through. There’s a bit of a misnomer out there, that in order to help other people, you have to have experienced some kind of trauma and that’s just not true. - The thing that you worked through might have been education - and perhaps you found that easy o. Every day in May you are going to post something on your page relating to a topic that I’ll share with you. I’ll give you an example, then you’ll go and do it for yourself on your page. Perhaps the thing that you help people with is going from being healthy to super healthy! Perhaps the thing you help people is managing their money - even if you’ve never been broke or had to tightly manage your money - but perhaps you’ve learned a lot that has helped you to have more money For me, as you know, I share quite openly about the ins and outs, ups and downs of the growth of my business over the last 11+ years. There’s been so many ups and downs. The best thing you can do, is share as much as you can, with the intention that you’re creating CONNECTION. Want to play a bit more with this? You must join my Ultimate Visibility Challenge: #Contentology. Every day in May you are going to post something on your page relating to a topic that I’ll share with you. I’ll give you an example, then you’ll go and do it for yourself on your page. You could even win $1000 when you post every single day for the entire month! I know! Gotta be in it to win it! How to be authentic in a world full of bullshit

How to be authentic in a world full of fake authenticity Something I find SUPER fascinating is the momentum behind authenticity. I, for one, think it’s totally necessary to be authentic online….. but there are many out there who don’t actually understand what that means. I can tell you what it doesn’t mean: - It doesn’t mean fake it till you make it. - It does mean find something within you that you can use to build your confidence. Meet yourself where you’re at! - it doesn’t mean that you try to be like someone else - It can mean that you leverage a part of your character - even if it’s not a side of you that is normally seen by most people Authenticity = bravery Authenticity = be REAL Authenticity = being vulnerable Authenticity = don’t lie and don’t bullshit Want to play a bit more with this? You must join my Ultimate Visibility Challenge: #Contentology. Every day in May you are going to post something on your page relating to a topic that I’ll share with you. I’ll give you an example, then you’ll go and do it for yourself on your page. You could even win $1000 when you post every single day for the entire month! I know! Gotta be in it to win it!
