Creating Your Own Certifications For Coaches

A recent conversation on the interwebs amongst some microgym owners brought up this topic that I wanted to expand upon - creating your own certification/education platform for on-boarding your coaching staff  Many of the self made brands do this already but CrossFit affiliates have the benefit of this already being done for them through CrossFit HQs Seminar Staff - so are there even benefits to this if you're a CF affiliate?
