Welcome to Season 17 of Commercial Real Estate School! This season, I welcome Drey Campbell, PhD, Principle, Lee and Associates Idaho LLC. Drey Campbell, PhD, is a Principal with Lee & Associates Idaho, LLC, a full service commercial real estate brokerage and member of the Lee & Associates group of companies. Drey’s advanced education and past careers as a professor and therapist have assisted his understanding of clients needs effectively while his passion for "finding the deal" on or off market, has created many wins for clients. Those wins typically come from the multifamily, development, investment, and value-add realm. In the last two years alone, Drey has facilitated the sale and leasing of more than 3 million square feet of commercial real estate, representing clients and investors both in and out of the state. Drey is a new father and lives with his wife of five years in Boise, Idaho. His hard work has led to him being the highest reviewed Idaho commercial agent on Google, an active member of ULI Idaho, on the CCIM Idaho Board, and an Idaho Realtor State Political Coordinator. Drey co hosts the Treasure Valley Commercial Real Estate (TVCRE) Podcast, with a focus on the commercial real estate industry. He has been a recurrent member on the CREi social media influencers lists and is excited to present at the CREi Summit in Orlando.
