Crime Intelligence Boss, Dumisani Khumalo is expected to testify before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria on Monday. Earlier KwaZulu-Natal Director of Public Prosecutions Elaine Harrison detailed how prosecutors dedicated to deal with cases that the Political Killings Task Team had brought to them lost out on three months of investigations.
