Dans cet épisode de connective, j’ai souhaité évoqué les passages de vie professionnelle, dans une carrière.Par moment après un parcours déjà engagé, une expérience significative, des résultats visibles, peuvent apparaitre des points de bascule, inhérents à toute trajectoire ; rien n’est jamais lisse, prévisible, et figé et encore moins parfaitement contrôlable. Nous évoluons tous et toutes, nous cheminons, expérimentons, échouons, recommençons, nous nous confrontons à certaines épreuves ; un cycle fait de joie, de rire, et de tensions, de blocages, d’inconfort. Néanmoins il arrive parfois un point de bascule dans une vie professionnelle qui peut déclencher de nouveaux chemins.Alors quand cette sensation de crise est éprouvée,  la première réaction est souvent de chercher une solution rapide : changer de poste, de secteur, d'entreprise. Faire quelque chose très vite et modifier le contexte.Mais ce que vivent beaucoup de personnes,  cadres, managers, de dirigeants et parfois des entrepreneur(es), entre 35 et 55 ans n'est pas nécessairement une crise de carrière au sens technique du terme.Alors explorons ce qui peut se cacher derrière ce type d’évènement : souvent c’est quelque chose de plus profond, de plus lent, de plus structurel, qui se joue dans cette situation...Hébergé par Ausha.
