Join us for the final episode of the 2021-22 school year! We're joined by two special guests, Sherry Knight and Heather Smith. They are former Central Michigan University communication specialists with experience in issue management and crisis communication. They directly managed many of the issues facing the university, including the on-campus shooting in 2018. They both currently work for Paladin Communications, a marketing and communication firm located in Mount Pleasant, Mich.
