Is it fair that we expect people to approach life the way we do? I have been told on several occasions that everyone doesnt think/act/love like me. I personally feel we ought to hold people accountable for their actions/inactions etc. This can be tough in the workplace, in friendships and even in relationships. Who decides what is reasonable and what is not as it pertains to expectations? Are we missing out of fruitful connections because we our standards/expectations are in the rafters?
