CRITICAL LAND. THE MYTH OF UNTOUCHED NATURE

The first episode of our new podcast series, alongside the exhibition "Magnetic North: Imagining Canada in Painting 1910-1940". CRITICAL LAND draws from some of the themes of the exhibitions to go beyond what is displayed on the gallery walls. We'll talk with Indigenous artists, activists and scholars about art and environmental movements going on today. Starting off with Lakota-Scottish professor Carmen Robertson whose research focuses on Indigenous art history.
