Crocodile Dundee 2 (1988) Vintage Cinema Review - Old Man Orange Podcast 690

Spencer and Dave are continuing their Crocodile Dundee marathon this time with good ole number 2. The Paul Hogan sequel that retains all the main cast and takes Dundee on another adventure, starting off in New York and then back to Australia. For the most part, the core elements are still intact but there is an odd action movie premise that takes hold of the whole film and feels just a bit off. Sue gets captured by Columbian drug lords and it's up to Dundee to find and rescue her. Then they hide out in Australia and literally fight them all off with traps like Rambo in First Blood. Or Home Alone even for that matter. It just sort of deludes the Croc formula and places in a made for TV like revenge thriller story. Not bad, just off a bit. Oh well, they can't all be top tier winners. There's still tons of fun to have in this journey, nonetheless.Join us as we break it all down in this spoiler-filled discussion!
