from The Mom Founders Table · host Kelsea Koenreich

“If you keep choosing the easy path, you will never get to the place you want to be.” -Kelsea KoenreichDo you feel like asking for help shows weakness or lack of control? Are you holding yourself back because you don’t have the confidence to speak up? What do you have in your busy schedule that doesn’t need to be there or that you can hand off?The first time I went to jail, I called my mom. She told me I got myself there, and I needed to figure out how to get out. That was so tough to hear. Being connected to ourselves can be one of the most difficult things we can do.I had to reframe my habits countless times and realize that white knuckling control was tearing me down. It’s  OKAY to let someone else help me, although I know they won’t do it exactly like me. There is help in so many places, but it is your job to speak up! If we keep choosing the easy route in life, we will never get to the places we want to be. I know what it feels like to be detached from EVERYTHING and like life is burning you. However, I have learned it is possible to accomplish everything on your to-do list and still take care of yourself. Your life should not feel like you are going just from day to day - that is not living! In this episode you will learn:Why time management is crucial to your overall successHow to get out of your head and start truly living today. The importance of organizing your life, routines, and schedules so you are not buriedYou can break the cycle of being detached by starting with this and start with what you learn in this episode.
