Crown Chakra Healing and Training the Brain with Alyssa DiLeo

As a holistic healer and as of recent, Holy Fire Reiki Practitioner, I have found that learning about and removing the blocks in each chakra point really helps to bring in all desired changes in your life as well as the obvious HEALING.  I recently was empowered in my mediumship abilities and feel extremely aligned in my Crown Chakra. Your Crown Chakra is the gateway to the divine, a portal you can say, and our connection to GOD. Our Crown Chakra is also at the top of our head and connected to the physical organ, the brain allowing us to focus on the bigger picture of this and having faith in what we can’t see. Talking to Alyssa about our healing journey reminds me of the importance of perseverance and never giving up. The crown chakra truly embodies trust, connection to ourselves and something bigger.  The Brain is a powerful tool and portal for messages from the Divine. Our brain health also is extremely important in the thoughts we have and in turn the feelings that we feel. This conversation encompasses the energetic work we put in as well as the thoughts we have to create a healthy mindset, energetic body, spiritual body, and physical body. Your thoughts are so extremely powerful it can directly change the physical body and trajectory of your life.
