Cruelty-Free Cosmetics Act

Social Compassion in Legislation has a bill in the California Assembly that would ban cosmetics that are tested on animals from being sold in California! This is game changing as California is the world's 5th largest economy! The bill has already passed the California Senate. It is so close to passage. Now, the big cosmetics companies have just hired lobbyists to try and kill the bill.
