Ma prima, il fondatore di CookAround Luca Pappagallo, professione foodblogger, ci porterà nella sua cucina. Con Sante Vaiti, chef del ristorante Sapereta di Porto Azzurro, torniamo sull'isola per scoprire i prodotti tipici della cucina elbana che lui ripropone in chiave contemporanea e soprattutto i suoi vitigni autoctoni, in primis, l'Aleatico passito dell'Elba DOCG, del quale scopriamo tutti i segreti grazie a Italo Sapere. Infine concludiamo questo viaggio con una nota dolce, grazie alla ricetta degli alunni dell'Istituto Alberghiero Minuto di Marina di Massa, presentata dalla preside Silvia Bennati.
