Johnny (as V in the game) spawns in Japantown where he goes to get some cookies from a Joytoy. Then Johnny Silverhand appears in front of a busking guitar player who plays with "a lot of feeling". Then V and Silverhand head to the former site of the Rainbow Cadenza Club to look for some early recordings of Johnny Silverhand's band, Samurai, to complete the The Ballad of Buck Ravers quest.
