The cabin is fitted with themed posters and popular-science illustrations, while documentaries about heritage protection are played during cruise phase of the flight. Crew members have received special cultural training to offer brief background introductions for interested passengers. Selected souvenirs related to Shanxi cultural relics are also distributed on board for first-flight passengers. The whole flight operated without incident, and passengers gave generally positive feedback on the on-board cultural displays.
