D4vd inner circle lawsuit — the family of Celeste Rivas Hernandez did not limit their civil action to the musician. They went after the adults who allegedly watched it happen.The wrongful death lawsuit, filed September 8, 2026, names Colleen Burke, manager Josh Marshall, security guard Sheldon Jacques, and business entities.
