DA flags underreporting of child pregnancy cases

The DA has submitted a comprehensive dossier to the South African Human Rights Commission (SAHRC) to investigate the numerous failures of government departments in reporting child pregnancy, which in many cases is evidence of statutory rape and a violation of a child's right.  Bongiwe Zwane Spoke to SABC News Reporter Culvin Mabasa
