Daddy, Is That A Lobster?

I learned a great lesson from my daughter this weekend. As we were walking outside, she pointed out a stick and she asked me “Is that a lobster?” My first reaction was “No, it’s just a stick” but when I took a closer look I could indeed see what looked like a lobster. As business owners and managers we often perceive things in a certain way. This can actually be detrimental. Getting new perspectives can change your outlook on your business.
