Dai Henwood

Dai Henwood has been a part of the New Zealand comedy and TV scene for over 20 years. Starting as a stand up comedian he ended up as one of the team captains on 7Days, a role he held for over a decade. More recently he has hosted big mainstream TV shows like Family Feud, DWTS and LegoMasters.In late January 2023 he announced publically that he had been living with cancer for 3 years. At the time of writing this, treatment had included fourteen rounds of chemotherapy, high-dose radiation, three lung surgeries and having parts of his liver and bowel removed.
