Daily Bible Reading - Day 62: Exodus 34 & 35 and James 3

Today's daily bible reading comes from the book of Exodus chapters 34 & 35 followed by the book of James chapter 3.   In Exodus, we have Moses telling the people what God has commanded to them as well as instructing them to give freely all the materials that would be needed to build/construct/craft all of the items God required. Moses' relationship with the LORD continues to be very intimate, so much so that he is close to God's radiance so much that his own face begins to shine.   James continues to provide us with wisdom and guidance for daily living. In Chapter 3 we have warnings about being a teacher. Teaching God's word is a serious matter and those that do it, will be held to greater strictness. He then goes into a conversation about the tongue and the need for us to bridle it, and watch what we say.
