Daily Bible Reading Day 82 - Proverbs 1 & 2 and 1st Cor 14

Today's daily bible reading comes from the book of Proverbs chapters 1 & 2 followed by 1st Corinthians chapter 14. Proverbs is one of the books of "Wisdom" from the old testament and is one that should be a staple of our spiritual diet. If you know any young people, it is an amazing idea to have them embrace reading Proverbs from a young age. Solomon himself addresses this book to his son and we should do the same. 1st Corinthians chapter 14 can be confusing, but as long as we understand that Paul is addressing very specific miraculous gifts that were only available by the laying on of hands of the Apostles then it's much easier to comprehend. He was instructing them on their proper use and how they should be only used for uplifting and building up the church.
