Remember being a child and letting your imagination run wild? Imagination is a powerful driver in the human brain and there's no age limit to how much you can use it. Imagination has created everything around us and it can create our future. Imagination, along with creativity can also be a very potent antidote to stress.  In this meditation, you will learn to understand how your brain processes creative imagination and the practice will improve your ability to use your imagination on demand, to serve you.   You will elicit your relaxation response, the complete opposite of the stress response. Twice a day for 10 min will increase your body's ability to counteract the daily wear and tear on your body from stressors and demands of life. Imagining a safe place can help lower the stress response from stressful situations, real or imagined, and help you move toward your true goals in life.  You don't need a special place, clothes or time. Just find a safe spot, sit comfortably and listen. Earphones are great if you have them
