Marie T. Russell's Daily Inspiration The focus for today is:  Through reflection and intention, my energy becomes focused and effective. There is an endless supply of energy available to us, but if we scatter our attention in too many directions, our energy is also scattered. Our goals and intentions are then diluted by distractions, to-do-lists, wanting to please others, etc. etc., and it is difficult to accomplish great things. But, we always have choices as to how we use our energy. Our intuition and inner guidance can assist us in making sure we use our talents (and energy) in a way that will help us fulfill our true purpose and highest vision. Our focused intention becomes like a telescope allowing us to see the details of where we are headed and the pathway to get there. Through reflection and intention, our path becomes clear and our energy focused and effective.
